REGISTRATION

Interested in taking part? The registration process is as follows:

1. Click here to download your registration form. This will need to be printed off, completed and returned to us at: CSFM, PO Box 3961, Marlow. SL9 1AQ with your registration fee of £5.00 (cheques made payable to "CSFM"). Please do be sure to give us your e-mail address.

2. On receipt of your form and registration fee we will send you (via e-mail) a sponsor form.

3. The deadline for registration is 25th April 2009. Unfortunately, no late entrants can be considered.
